I congratulate the team of the Culture Department of the Municipality of Rengo and the Chilean National Theater”; expressed the Mayor of Rengo, Carlos Soto González.
With the actor Daniel Alcaíno as part of the cast, the attendees were able to witness with emotion an impeccable stage concert of the conceptual album “The population” by Víctor Jara, where the Chilean singer-songwriter depicts poverty and the struggle of camp residents to have a home and thus achieve dignity.
