The Association of Private Educational Institutions (AINEP)signed an agreement with Equifaxunder which the association’s member schools will be able to hire the services of this company, a leader in data, analytics and technology in the Dominican Republic and globally, with conditions adjusted to the needs of the educational sector.

The agreement will also allow access to credit education and counseling for all members of the company. AINEP, in the admission processes of new students.

“This alliance guarantees that the financial processes of schools will be made more efficient, allowing them to have much healthier credit portfolios, since it is necessary to have objective information about clients,” he claimed Hector Molina, president of the AINEP.

Equifax “has adapted the plans to the dynamics of schools whose need for consultations is concentrated in the periods of admission and new admissions while in other periods of the year they can be significantly reduced,” said Molina.

This will allow schools in the AINEP hire the services of Equifax under preferential conditions and that they can mitigate the risk of incurring arrears on monthly payments, as well as have a more complete picture of the parents’ credit behavior.

“This firm proposes a strategic alliance in favor of schools and families, because it will allow guiding and accompanying citizens in matters of financial education,” express Adam.

With this strategic alliance, students who are studying 5th and 6th grade of secondary school from the different member schools of the association will visit the facilities of Equifax, where they will receive financial education and thus provide them with the necessary tools to improve their future; by the hand of MIDATA, platform that helps Dominicans with their credit behavior.

In addition, Equifax will grant all members of the AINEP and to the employees of the schools that are part of the association, free MIDATA for a year.
