The operation simulated a traffic accident between a 110 motorcycle manned by two occupants and a car with two occupants who were driving while intoxicated. The drill was carried out in the center of the city with the presence of Mayor Carlos Rosso, police and fire authorities, along with students from the Mariano Moreno School.

The drill lasted just over 20 minutes and it was possible to observe in detail what commonly occurs in this type of accident: the people who circulate around the place, before calling the Emergency Department or the Police, first prefer to film or take photos. of the accidents, subsequently the arrival of the Police who make a quick evaluation of the episode to alert the local hospital. When the ambulance arrives, they make an evaluation of the scene, an assessment of each of the victims, assigning priorities in care and then a subsequent priority for transfer. Volunteer Firefighters also act in case of rescue of victims.
The communal chief Carlos Rosso said that “the aim is to raise awareness and inform the community about everything related to emergencies and accidents, forms of action of the citizens and entities involved, but fundamentally, orienting it towards prevention.”
The drill was carried out as part of the activities on June 12, the date on which National Road Safety Day is remembered.
