Daniel Bisogno reappeared on the Ventaneando forum after he was admitted to the intensive care hospital as an emergency at the beginning of February, and was discharged until March 8.
After the emotional welcome from Pati Chapoy, the television presenter commented: “Dear audience, thank you, weeds never die, here we are back, happy, this is the best medicine you can have, I had been wanting to return for months, but Well, I couldn’t, but since I can, here we are.”
Regarding the reason for his long stay in the hospital, Bisogno explained: “it turns out that what I had was an infection that started in the stomach and spread to the lungs and the entire body, so when I arrived at the hospital (…) I had 3 liters of pus.”
After explaining part of the treatment he received to combat the disease that led him to spend 25 days in intensive care, Daniel revealed: “just telling them that I got sores on my head, because of those 25 days, 20 were intubated.”
Later, the owner of Ventaneando told the surprising situation he experienced after the death of his mother. “When they had painted the worst scenario for my family, they spoke to my family and told them ‘we’ve already uncovered it and everything is fine’, miraculously, which happened two days after my mother died, pretend to say ‘pray to him, I sacrifice myself for you.'”
“It was tremendous, because I didn’t know what had happened to my mother, they told me while I was awake,” he added and even recalled: “several times he said ‘I would give my life so that you would be well.’ Still on New Year’s and Christmas, she repeated it to me, it was one of the last things I talked about with her, and it’s whether you believe it or not, but as soon as my mother dies, two days later I start to go up, I start to improve in all”.
And although he was excited, Daniel stressed that, although he has already returned to television, he still cannot go to crowded spaces because he runs the risk of contracting various diseases, in addition to requiring an operation to completely eradicate his illness.
“Of my own free will, I have asked to be back here and I will be here on Tuesday and Thursday in Ventaneando (…) what the doctors need to do after seeing all this, there were many options, but the only one that is truly curative and palliative is transplanting, and that is what is going to be done. I already joined a committee where they decide who and everything, you can’t imagine the amount of tests they did on me to be a candidate for a liver transplant, and after what I experienced, this is a piece of cake,” he said.
Finally, Bisogno added: “I am already on the list, and there is only one girl in front of me on that list, it is most likely very soon, the problem with the girl in front of me is that she is small and one I would think the other way around, but she can’t fit any donor’s livers, and then since I have a large piece of furniture, anything can fit, and my blood type is one of the most common there is.”
