We are warming up for the return of ‘One Piece’, and Netflix is scoring a tremendous goal with the signing of David Dastmalchian
Little by little, but we are already making progress with the second season of ‘One Piece’ NetflixWe still don’t know if Jamie Lee Curtis will ultimately be the golden signing as Kureha, but the live action of ‘One Piece’ has already begun to reveal the first new faces that we will see in the following chapters with the first members of Baroque Works.

The first four agents
Baroque Works is a mercenary organization that will play a very important role during the second season of ‘one piece‘. There are still many members to be revealed, but Netflix’s ‘One Piece’ has already officially found its Mr. 3, Miss Valentine, Mr. 5 and Mr. 9.
As confirmed by Netflix on its social networks David Dastmalchian (‘Oppenheimer’, ‘The Suicide Squad’), Camrus Johnson (‘Batwoman’) and Daniel Lasker (‘Raised By Wolves’) will play Mr.3, Mr. 5 and Mr. 9, respectively, while Jazzara Jaslyn (‘Warrior’) will be Miss Valentine.
With Dastmalchian, Netflix has made one of the biggest signings so far. Because the first season of ‘One Piece’ opted above all for a mostly unknown cast and new faces, but it is clear that the success of the first episodes has opened the door to bigger (and more expensive, too) signings.
For now we are putting a face to Baroque Works in its live action version. And the creators of the series have already warned that Over the next few days we can expect more announcements…So perhaps the signings of Nefertari Vivi, Sir Crocodile and Miss All Sunday will also be confirmed soon.
