Ingredients: 2 oz Diplomático Planas Rum, 1 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream, 1 ½ oz pineapple juice, ½ teaspoon lime juice, a pinch of Angostura bitters, pineapple slice to decorate.
Preparation: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a pineapple slice. Health!
