Alisher Kasimov was arrested on March 22. He is allegedly the landlord who rented a flat to the four Islamists who carried out the deadly attack.

The attackers broke into the Moscow concert hall Crocus City Hall. They killed at least 145 people and wounded 551, the worst loss of civilian life in Russia since the Beslan school attack in 2004.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack. It was one of the deadliest in recent decades in Russia. Several armed men, dressed in camouflage uniforms, broke into the Crocus City Hall, a large concert hall in Moscow, and they shot at the public.

Who are detained for the Moscow attack?

The authorities detained, in total, 15 people allegedly linked to ISIS-K. Moscow, however, has always maintained its theory about the possible involvement of Ukrainesomething that the authorities of that country have categorically denied.

One of the spokespersons for the investigation assured that “after committing the crime, the terrorists drove to the border with Ukraine and then they came to kyiv and received the promised reward.”

Putin was forceful after encouraging, which he described as a “bloody and savage terrorist act, whose victims were dozens of innocent and peaceful people,” said the Russian president. He also assured that “they would be punished.”
