At the age of 14, Lucía Scarpa discovered that the world of cooking was what she was most passionate about and, from that moment on, she did not stop until she achieved something that seemed unthinkable: become a celebrity private chef. Lucía spent hours and hours cooking while enjoying what she did. It was at that moment that her mother motivated her to continue with her hobby and she could fulfill her dream of becoming a professional. Although she stated that as a girl she imagined herself being an architect or at least starting a career at the university like her classmates, following a social “mandate.”

However, his vision changed when he discovered his true passion. After graduating from high school in 2017, she began studying at a renowned culinary institute. This was her journey for two years.

“While I was studying, my uncle who lives in Spain and he told me the idea that an acquaintance of his was looking for a person to open a restaurant in Mallorca”said the young woman. Faced with her unexpected proposal, Lucía did not hesitate for a second and she traveled with her mother to meet the person who a few months later would become her partner. Everything turned out as she expected and she ended up opening her store.

Five months later, the restaurant healthy food It started working and it got better and better. “We had clients who vacationed for ten days in Spain and chose to go to our location for four days. That’s when I realized that what we were doing was good.“said the chef. She worked until last year, when she returned to Argentina and discovered that her country was the place she wanted to be. “It was very hard to be away from my home, my family, my friends and my boyfriend,” she said.
