It seems to me that both President Petro and our part understood that the bond between Argentines and Colombians is much stronger; and beyond some personal differences, each person has to respect what has to do with their country.
In an interview for the American Spanish-language television network Univision, Javier Milei considered that “I have nothing to talk to Nicolás Maduro because for me he is a dictator“. “There will have to be a battle to control the election because the regime is trying to do its thing,” he said, referring to the elections that will elect the president of Venezuela on July 28.
Subsequently, he avoided criticism of the current government management of the United States: “I consider United States an ally, regardless of whether it is governed by a Democrat or a Republican. “I have an excellent relationship with Donald Trump and also with the Biden administration.” However, he indicated thatea Trump “I value how he understands the cultural battle and that the enemy is socialism, statism and collectivism“.
