The call for attention is contained in a government resolution on the preparation of the Socioeconomic Development Plan and the state budget estimates for 2025, which notes that they will be carried out in a context marked by rapid and unpredictable changes in the world situation.

In this sense, the directive signed by Minh Chinh calls for guaranteeing the readjustment of the objectives, orientations and solutions, according to the requirements stipulated “in the three strategic advances, six key missions and 12 groups of tasks and main solutions” set out in the Resolution of the XIII National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The document, reviewed by the VNA news agency, confirms that the socio-political and macroeconomic situation of the country remains stable, the most important balances are guaranteed, many key projects are launched at the national level, the business and investment climate improves and the prestige of the nation is further promoted.

The stature and strength of Vietnam after almost 40 years of the “Doi moi” (Renewal) process have been strengthened, highlights the government instruction, which also calls for mobilizing and using resources effectively, promoting resilience and closely connecting socioeconomic development and public investment plans.

In relation to the preparation of the state budget for next year, including expenses and collection forecasts, it indicates that it must be viable to minimize the cancellation of estimates or the transfer of the allocated capital to the following year.
