The Vietnamese Foreign Ministry spokesperson also reaffirmed her country’s willingness to openly and frankly exchange and cooperate with the EU on human rights issues, and to do so in a spirit of openness and respect, in order to improve mutual understanding through mechanisms annual dialogue and other bilateral exchange frameworks.
