Police have released new video showing the rescue of Noa Argamaniwho was in the hands of Hamas in the Gaza Strip last weekend. In the images, members of the elite counterterrorism unit are seen Yamam breaking into an apartment in Nuseiratin central Gaza, and reaching Argamani.
“Everything is fine Noa, we’ll take you home,” an officer tells Argamani. Once inside the extraction vehicle, Noa expresses: “I’m very excited, just very scared about the trip.” To which an officer responds: “Everything is fine, you are with us, everything is fine.”
The mother of Liri Albaga 19-year-old soldier kidnapped on October 7, has shared information about her daughter received from Noa Argamani, who was rescued from captivity in Gaza last week. “Noa said they were slaves, and also the [soldados]including Liri,” he declared. Shira Albag. “They cleaned the yard, washed dishes and prepared food they couldn’t eat.”
According to Shira Albag, her daughter was held in a luxury villa and was only allowed to shower after a month in captivity. After 40 days, Liri was moved to the underground tunnel network of Hamas. “It is much worse there, there is no fresh water and little food,” added Shira Albag, highlighting that the hostages have no clean clothes or a way to wash and dry their clothes, “not even their underwear.”
Hostages freed in November during a week-long truce reported that the women hostages “were crying on the 50th day because they missed their mothers. I don’t want to imagine what they are going through now,” she added.
