The death toll rose to 19 as a result of the terrorist attacks carried out this Sunday in the Russian North Caucasian republic of DagestanThe Russian Instruction Committee (CIR) reported this Monday.

The terrorists attacked two Orthodox churches, a police post and set fire to a synagogue.

Russia: three days of mourning in Dagestan after attacks
