The best-selling brand continues to be Honda Motos, with the model that breaks records, as is the already famous Wave 110cc in its base and full versions.
Thus, with the beginning of May, the division of ACARA motor vehicles presented the motorcycle sales report for the month of April, when 38,214 units were registered, this is an interannual decrease of 4.4%. If the comparison is with March, an increase of 32.9% is observed, since in that month 28,751 had been registered.
In this way, in the accumulated four months of the year, 131,231 units were registered, 20.5% less than in the same period of 2023, in which 165,145 vehicles had been registered.
Successful brands and models
Regarding participation by brands, the Motorcycle sales April registered no changes with respect to March in the top positions. Honda maintains the leadership, this time registering 8,297 units, followed by Motomel with 5,649 and Corven, which with 4,722, retained third place. Gilera remains fourth, for the fourth consecutive month, with 4,187 units and surpasses Zanellawhich with 3,300, closes the top five of April motorcycle sales.
In terms of models, the Honda Wave 110S continues to comfortably lead, the historical leader of previous years. Secondly, there appears Motomel B110which regained this position last month, and surpasses the Corven Energy 110, which is third for the second consecutive month. Without any major news, the top 5 is closed, since the Gilera Smash remains in fourth position and Keller KN 110-8fifth.
