The world of Colombian music is in mourning after the death of Omar Geles, one of the most recognized singer-songwriters of the vallenato genre. His death would have occurred due to a heart attack after playing tennis. Quickly, he was taken to the Erasmo clinic in Valledupar, where his death was confirmed.

Upon announcing this unfortunate news, several vallenato celebrities have not hesitated to leave messages of support for his wife, Maren García, and his children. In addition, they have assured that Geles left a great legacy in music and, even though he is no longer with us, the memory of him will always be present in his songs.

Through social networks, Maren García, who is the wife and mother of Geles’ three youngest children, has dedicated moving messages to her husband.

“Love of my life, my other half, my partner of my life, my entire life. I never imagined this, my love, I am dead in life, love. I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what I’m going to do love without you. My beautiful life, my beautiful love. The most beautiful thing in the world, the most beautiful human being in the world. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. I AM DYING WITHOUT YOU MY LOVE, I HAVE NO STRENGTH LOVE, I HAVE NO STRENGTH…. Give me that strength for our three little ones,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

Likewise, in her stories she has shared several photos with her husband and assured that she does not know what she is doing now that he is not there: “Honey, I’m dying. Love of my life, my companion of my life, you left me alone love, I make love, I make love.”

One of the people who showed her support was Dayana Jaimes, the widow of the singer Martín Elías Díaz, who told him that God will give him enough strength to move forward with his children: “God in his immense mercy and goodness will fill you with strength to see your children grow up. You were stability for Omar, the love of his life and the mother of his great loves. “God was good to both of them and it will always be your greatest memory.”

Other people have told you that they know that the pain you are feeling is indescribable, but with time and the help of God and his family he would find the way to move forward.

“It’s too early to tell him not to cry and to be strong. I cried, I screamed, let out that pain, live the grief now, because it wasn’t just anyone who died, it was her husband, her partner, the father of her children, the love of her life. Cling to God, ask him for comfort and peace in your heart, that as the days go by, he, in his infinite mercy, and her children will help her move forward. That strength that those three pillars that she has on earth and two in heaven need will support her. Just imagining what many of us may be feeling makes our skin crawl and brings tears to our eyes, the moment is not easy, but trusting in God,” wrote one Internet user.
