The Army rejected the kidnapping and blamed the EMC of the soldier’s life and reminded them that this action is a “flagrant violation of human rights and infringement of international humanitarian law.”

Just on Thursday the Army reported that it killed 15 FARC dissidents, while another 12 were injured in the department of Cauca, within the offensive that the military forces are carrying out against the EMC.

The operation was carried out in a rural area of ​​the town of Algeria, one of the most disputed territories in the southwest of the country.
