This Thursday, May 2, the first extraordinary session was held in the Tunja Council to analyze the city’s Development Plan. During this session, engineer Carlos Gabriel Hernández, director of the administrative department of Territorial Planning, was present, who announced the preliminary study of the project, which was filed with the corporation.

The president of the Municipal Council, Camilo Hoyos, announced that, during the session, the planning director presented the topics and objectives for which citizens voted on October 29.

“Several concerns were also expressed on issues of culture, on issues of housing, on issues of resources or the financial situation of the municipality, on issues of infrastructure, on issues of education and social programs in the municipality, to also be able to These extraordinary sessions call each of the secretariats, each of the departments of each of the topics so that they address us and express to us the vision of the Development Plan,” he assured.

At the same time, he made reference to the fact that the communities will also have the Council’s doors open to involve them so that they can also demonstrate and analyze the way in which the document can respond to the needs of the sectors of the capital of Boyacá. .
