Pereira, May 2, 2024. The Departmental Planning Secretariat carried out the socialization of the Risaralda Development Plan 2024-2027 before the Departmental Assembly, with the objective of beginning the process of its analysis and review by the deputies.

“Today we socialized in plenary, with all the deputies, the Development Plan that the governor of Risaralda, Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, delivered on Tuesday, April 30, to the president of the Assembly Jaime Esteban Duque; From there, a schedule was drawn up for each of the office secretaries to come and share their action plan,” expressed Oscar Alexis Sanabria Chica, governor in charge of Risaralda.

In the plenary session, it was explained in detail how this important project was built, which initially had participation exercises in each of the municipalities and with the different sectors, spaces that were attended by more than 2,800 Rirasaldens and made their needs and proposals known. .

The Risaralda Development Plan targets sectors such as agriculture and rural development; health and social protection; mines and energy; education, information and communications technologies; transportation, environment and sustainable development; culture, commerce, industry and tourism; housing, city and territory; social inclusion and reconciliation; sport and recreation and territorial government, which boost public investment, with a focus on results.

“In the next sessions this month we are going to see each of the secretariats, who are going to specify to us in plenary how it will impact, what are the activities and topics that are in the Development Plan; “We are waiting to carry out a more in-depth analysis of the document to be able to give a more accurate opinion about what this Plan is,” added Jacqueline Fernández, deputy for the U-Mira coalition.
