The Attorney General’s Office opened a disciplinary investigation against the councilman of Bogotá, Julián Forero, for a typical case of you don’t know who I am. The events date back to last February, when the public official was revealed arguing with traffic personnel in the capital.

In the video, although it is not clear why the officials detained Forero, the councilor shouts phrases such as: “you don’t know who he stops” or “how do you not know who he went to?” Previously, he asked the patrolmen to call him “Mr. Councilor.”

The disciplinary body is verifying the circumstances of the manner and place in which public officials decided to file a summons for $1 million against Councilor Forero. Likewise, verify if the lobbyist disrespected and used disqualifying words against the agents.

“The First District Attorney’s Office investigates the occurrence of the conduct that was disclosed in the different media and thus determines if it constitutes a disciplinary offense,” concluded the disciplinary entity.
