This Wednesday, two subjects from Mendoza appeared before the San Juan Justice when they were involved in an investigation for defrauding a woman of 600 thousand pesos.

According to sources, last Monday two individuals identified as Brian Alejandro and Jorge Alejandro Filomeni arrived at a home in the South department after having been “hired” by Facebook’s Market Place platform, through a woman to carry out a job that It was not detailed.

The Filomenis received the money but never carried out the work on a house in Santa Lucía and left the home. Then, the victim’s husband alerted the police at the intersection of National Route 40 and Provincial Route 153, Sarmiento about the case and the uniformed officers surprised the suspects at the Media Agua service station.

There, the subjects did not deny having received the money but said that they no longer had it with them because they had deposited it through the Rapipago platform, without showing any proof of the movement and without being able to specify where they took it, stating that they had gone to Media Water for lunch.

Later, the Filomeni brothers were placed at the disposal of Justice through the special Flagrancy process.
