“The Assignor (Moni Online) assigned to the Assignee (Montemar) credits originated by personal loans granted by the Assignor to human persons, for a total amount of $105,695,021.58“, they established in a letter of offer of assignment, accepted by both parties.
The agreement between Moni Onlinea company that specifically grants personal credits from the web, to Montemarthe emblematic financial company of the Paganos in Mendoza, was published this Monday in the second section of the Official Gazette of the Nation.
The assignment of this portfolio of credits implies the change of creditor with respect to the credits, and does not modify the terms and conditions of loans granted in a timely manner.

It is hereby informed that, by virtue of the provisions of the “LETTER OFFER FOR TRANSFER OF CREDITS PORTFOLIO WITH ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITY” of 4/23/2024 (the “Offer”), formulated by Moni Online SAas assignor (the “Assignor”), duly accepted on the same date by Montemar Compaa Financiera SA, as assignee (the “Assignee”), the Assignor assigned to the Assignee credits originated by personal loans granted by the Assignor to human persons, for a total amount of $105,695,021.58 (the “Assigned Credits”). The assignment implies the change of creditor with respect to the Assigned Credits, which, from now on, will become the Assignee. The assignment notified here refers to the Assigned Credits detailed in Annex I of the Offer, which may be consulted by those who prove to have a legitimate interest, at the address of the Assignee located at Av. Gral. San Martín 1152, Mendoza, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The assignment does not modify the terms and conditions of the Assigned Credits duly agreed upon, nor the payment address. In accordance with the terms of the Offer, as of the date hereof, the assigned debtors will continue to make the corresponding payments under the Assigned Credits in accordance with the agreed modality, until they receive an instruction to the contrary exclusively from the Assignee.
