A favorable environment for the continuation of the paving work on the road between La Plata and the town of Belén in the corridor that connects to the department of Cauca, was generated after the visit of officials from the sectional government to the west of Huila.
According to Andrés Camilo Cabrera Leiva, the secretary of roads and infrastructure of Huila, although there is already a commitment from the National Government to intervene with new investments in the paving of 14.2 kilometers, the Government of Huila is available to support with resources said project.
In the west of the department there is expectation for the continuity of the paving of the La Plata – Belén – Santa Leticia road, a project that today is a reality thanks to the contribution of the National Government and the Government of Huila, for the progress in the paving of the road corridor.
