A 14-year-old teenager was rescued by police personnel from a home in the western area of ​​Rosario, who found him tied up, with blows and burns. In addition, 3 young people between 18 and 23 years old were arrested and two motorcycles and a firearm were seized.

Police sources indicated to this newspaper that around 4:25 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, a phone call was received at the 911 emergency center indicating that several people were depriving a minor of his liberty in a hallway home. located near Seguí Boulevard and Larralde Street, in the Godoy neighborhood, a sector of precarious housing and irregular settlements, a few blocks from Presidente Perón Avenue and Circunvalación.

A while later he arrived at the personal location of the Radioelectric Command; Tactical Action and Motorized Police, who entered several homes.

In one of them they found a white Honda Wave motorcycle (at the entrance to a hallway) and in a house they detained three young people, identified as Rodrigo Manuel G., 23 years old; Máximo Elías C, 20; and Uriel Rubén P, 18 years old. In addition, an ignition key corresponding to the Honda Wave motorcycle was seized.

And in a precarious home located in another of the hallways, they found a 14-year-old minor, tied up. Spokesmen indicated that it is presumed that the teenager, whose information is kept confidential, would be a former soldier who sold drugs in a bunker in the area. In that place, a 32 caliber revolver was also found, which was kidnapped, and a red Honda GC Titan motorcycle.

The teenager was taken by ambulance to the Víctor J. Vilela Children’s Hospital, located in the Hospitales neighborhood, about 50 blocks southeast of the place where the young man was imprisoned. The boy was hospitalized for burns to his head and torso. In addition, he had bruises in different parts of his body.

The director of the hospital, Eduardo Casim, noted that the teenager said that the “burns were caused by his captors, who poured a hot liquid on his skin” and that he had been deprived of his freedom for at least 3 days. And he added that he “is a boy with a very hard life story that must be addressed comprehensively even from this hospital.”

The young man is being assisted by members of the hospital’s mental health team, which is made up of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and a specialist doctor.

Sources from the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPA) indicated that the case is being investigated by the prosecutor on duty in the Flagrancia Prosecutor’s Office, Sebastián Narvaja.
