The Court of Cassation endorsed the magistrate’s decision to “entrust the Ministry of Human Capital to develop a distribution plan for said food in accordance with its type, quantity, expiration date and target group, foreseeing its immediate execution.” “.
The ruling, signed by chambermaids Martín Irurzun, Eduardo Guillermo Farah and José Boico, also requested “the conduct displayed” by Juan Grabois, complainant in the case, and Leila Gianni, Legal Secretary of the Ministry, be evaluated after the fight they had in the courts.
