“There is a need to obtain a clear and detailed understanding of the budget execution of the Ministry of women, with the objective of evaluating the effectiveness and impact of public policies implemented for the benefit of the target population. It is essential to know how much of the expenditure on personnel really translates into direct benefits for the target population,” he justified. Panty.
In that sense, the deputy of the Civic Coalition asked to know the programs and projects of the Ministry of women during the last fiscal year, the execution of funds by program and the specification of the percentage of the initial budget that was effectively used, and the transfers and subsidies made to civil society organizations, government entities and other beneficiaries.

According to legislator Lilita, 66.7% of the budget allocated to the Ministry of Women only includes the salaries of workerswhile only 4.6% of the resources were directed towards public works and 2.6% were transfers to the private sector.
