For his part, the local Security Secretary, Arturo Pertosa, pointed out that before committing suicide, “the man He set his motorcycle on fire and tried to burn himself by throwing himself on it«, since he had serious injuries all over his body. “I understand that, having failed to achieve his goal, he ended up hanging himself. I understand that the procedure was already premeditated, that’s why he had a rope. “It is very difficult to know what was going through his head at that moment,” Pertosa added.

On the other hand, he assured that two days before the murder, the accused was detained for disobeying the perimeter established by Justice regarding his ex-partner, the child’s mother. But he had no restriction to be with his son.

The criminal file was preventively classified as “homicide and investigation of causes of death”.
