The Sectional Directorate of Taxes and Customs, DIAN Regional of Santa Marta, led by its director Katya Cecilia Humanez Petro, joined the national day ‘Up to date with the DIAN, I fulfill the country’ that is being carried out this week .
On this day, more than 675 collection actions have been carried out, such as seizures, visits to taxpayers, kidnapping procedures, and attention to subpoenas, managing a portfolio that amounts to the sum of $137 thousand 693 million 708 thousand 260 pesos.
To this end, more than 40 officials from the Sectional Directorate were ordered to go out to the different sectors of the city in order to achieve the payment of late obligations, especially those that can be penalized such as VAT, withholding at source and consumption tax.
The Section invites all taxpayers in the Department of Magdalena who have outstanding payment obligations to update themselves, for which they are fully willing to provide the pertinent information to regularize their obligations.
To provide these guidelines, in-person attention has been arranged in the main building of the Sectional Directorate of Taxes and Customs of Santa Marta located on Carrera 5 # 17 – 04 from 7:45 in the morning to 3:45 in the afternoon.
