The parade began at the José Eustasio Rivera convention center; There, the 13 floats, the different troupes and the candidates, were located to begin this journey full of culture.

Walking at the head of the parade were Mayor Germán Casagua, Social Manager Juliana Parra and her little daughter, who were accompanied by the Secretary of Culture, Tania Peñafiel.

“We have held one of the best events, which is the parade where we guarantee that tradition, our culture is not lost, here we saw these beautiful queens decorating these floats, where we can now enjoy that beautiful San Juanero at the head of our girls and children. We hope that this organization that we are having to maintain this culture will be of the greatest pleasure to all citizens,” said Germán Casagua, Mayor of Neiva.
