During his intervention, the uniformed man said that: “What is happening in the Troncal, in Palomino and in the jurisdiction of Santa Marta, we found out about a civic strike, There is more than a civic strike, there are clearly illicit interests of some people who are instrumentalizing the communities. They have been hurt by the capture of alias ‘Muñeca’ and alias ‘El Menor’, who will have to answer for crimes such as drug trafficking, conspiracy to commit a crime,” the general said.
