More than a hundred mediators participated in the training day on Restorative Processes in Salta

The Ministry of Justice developed a training session called “Advances and Updates of Restorative Processes” with the participation of more than a hundred professionals in the field of mediation and restorative justice.

The opening of the training was chaired by the Undersecretary of Participatory Conflict Resolution Methods, Gustavo Skafthe vice president of the Salta Bar Association, Cecilia Salumand German BaucheGeneral defender of Lomas de Zamora.

Skaf highlighted Salta’s commitment to the constant training of mediators and stressed that this initiative is part of a comprehensive public policy aimed at improving the quality of mediation and conflict resolution in the province.

The training day was provided through workshops and conferences led by experts in the field who shared their knowledge and experiences about best practices in restorative processes. Participants had the opportunity to update their skills, learn new techniques and discuss practical cases, thus enriching their ability to mediate various conflicts.

The specialist on the subject spoke German Bauche, General defender of Lomas de Zamora. The Argentine Ambassador of the International Forum of Professional Mediators, Alicia Millán, and Javier Alés Sioli, the director of the International Forum of Professional Mediators – Seville, also accompanied the day virtually.

More than one hundred mediators from the Province participated in person in the hall of the Salta Bar Association, Ciudad Judicial headquarters.
