As a new opportunity for the eleventh grade students of the municipality of San Zenón, Magdalena, the ‘Talento Magdalena’ agreement signed this Thursday between Pablo Vera Salazar, representing the University of Magdalena and José Méndez, mayor of the riverside town, was described .
