He mentioned that the inventory of existing housing will also be presented, that is, houses that are already used and whose cost is less than one million pesos; he indicated that 10 developers who have a new housing offer will also participateIn some cases it is also affordable or medium housing in a range of less than one million pesos, mainly if it is vertical construction.
He highlighted that The objective is to provide loans for workers who cannot afford a home of more than one million pesos with their creditso they will be offered solutions, such as co-financing and other products that Infonavit has.
Naif Gallegos recalled that real estate agents can link the population both in the purchase of new and existing housing, although currently the majority of new houses exceed one million pesos and the fair seeks to reach lower-paid workers.
