What is the provincial program that Abel Pintos and his production company will promote?

The Government of the Province of Córdoba, through the Ministry of Environment and Circular Economy and the Ministry of Education, signed a collaboration agreement with Plan Divino SA, the production company of the artist Abel Pintos, to carry out the Forestando Patria program.

The initiative includes the creation of educational forests in public schools in the 26 departments of the province, so that all regions of Córdoba are represented in the program.

In each school there will be a forestation day, using different species of native flora, with the aim of generating a space that represents our native forest and where environmental education and promotion activities can be carried out.

Each space will have posters of the lyrics of 8 national songs recorded by the artist Abel Pintos, through the production company Plan Divino. In this way, we seek to promote an action that connects the national identity with the care of the environment.

The program aims to enable girls and boys in the province to connect the learning of Argentine anthems with theoretical and practical notions about the conservation of local biodiversity.

The agreement was signed by the Minister of Environment and Circular Economy, Victoria Flores; the Secretary of Education, Luis Franchi; the president of Plan Divino SA, Marcelo Diego González; and the artist Abel Pintos.

The signing was carried out within the framework of the inauguration of the Recreational School Field, in Mercedes, province of Buenos Aires, a project that focuses on environmental education and sustainability.

The event was attended by the Secretary of the Environment, Federico García; the Secretary of Climate Change, Augusto Carrera; the Undersecretary of Biodiversity, Miguel Magnasco; and more than 200 students from rural schools.
