Engineer Cristian Pinto, manager of the Guaviare Energy Company ENERGUAVIARE, referred to the doubts of users of energy services about the blackouts that occur permanently and in light of this he pointed out that the blackouts are due to the 115kv line between the substation from Ocoa-Granada San José del Guaviare, emphasizing that these sudden cuts are totally unrelated to Energuaviare.

Pinto assures that the departures are due to inconveniences from the Granada – Ocoa substation and that the schedules are being presented between 7:15 and 7:30 pm. Regarding this situation, he indicated that 50% of the line has already been covered by the company personnel to verify the causes of interruptions.

It indicates that one of the projects of the Department of Guaviare and Energuaviare is to acquire the maintenance and administration of the 115 KW line directly in its entirety with the objective of overcoming these impasses and guaranteeing efficiency and quality in the service, Pinto said.

Finally, he stated that it is expected that the staff will identify the damage or the cause for which the outages occur to be solved and announced that information will be delivered in a timely manner to users through the company’s networks. .
