Those convicted of the crime of “Ramoncito”
The case of “Ramoncito” is shocking. Those convicted were César Carlos Alberto Beguiristain alias “Carlitos”, “El Porteño” or “El Brujo”; Yolanda Martina Ventura; Esteban Iván Escalante; Jorge Carlos Alegre; Claudio Nicolás González; Osmar Aranda; Ana María Sánchez; Daniel Alegre and Patricia López.
López had originally been acquitted in the first instance, but Cassación reversed the sentence and also sentenced her to life on September 23, 2011. At that point, a period of time was opened until the arrest warrant, issued on May 14, 2012 by the Oral Criminal Court of the Third Judicial District of Mercedes. In that gap, López stopped frequenting the places where she was a regular and disappeared.
He was on the list of the most wanted fugitives in the country: fell more than seven years later, in September 2019. The Prefecture captured her in González Catán, La Matanza district, after several wiretaps, surveillance and guards. Prefectural agents had been investigating the case since 2017, following the trail of the woman, who since then changed her address twice. An aberrant crime
