(ADN).- Following the UnTER Congress’ definition of going for a new strike next week, the Government summoned the state unions ATE and UPCN to the Public Service Table. The appointment will be tomorrow, Thursday, at 9, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy. The call does not include the teaching union.
The Government will bring a new proposal. The last one was rejected outright and unanimously, and provoked harsh statements – especially from UPCN – due to its insistence on the offer of fixed sums.
The previous offer had been the laundering of the increases already granted, of 15,000 pesos in June and another 15,000 pesos in July corresponding to the non-remunerative bonus of October 2023, which translates as an increase of 3,124 pesos in the initial salary.
The provincial administration will bring to the table the achievement of the announcement of the payment of the salary and the half-yearly bonus in the same schedule, which will be deployed between July 2 and 4.
The unions expect something more, especially because in all of them (ATE, UPCN, Asspur and UnTER) there is a line of negotiation: that no worker be below the poverty line.
