The so-called “Queens of the Caribbean” will seek to recover the crown that they lost last year to the United States, the latter country that together with Mexico will open the event, in a game that must begin this Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., local time.

Meanwhile, the Dominican team will close the card when it faces Cuba at around 7:30 p.m. local time.

Teams from six countries participate in the Panam Cup Norceca Final Six: group A is made up of Canada, Mexico and the United States, while group B includes Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

The teams that occupy the first two places in each group will advance to the semifinals, which will be played next Saturday.

Followers of this sport will be able to attend the Volleyball Palace, with capacity for about 4,500 people.

Milagros Cabral, general director of the tournament, declared that all matches, starting this Wednesday, will be broadcast through the public television station and Dominican Radio Television, at five in the afternoon and seven at night.

The event is part of the qualification process for the Norceca Pan American Cup 2025 and the Norceca Continental Championship 2025.
