People from Cali can now participate in the construction of the decree for the collection of the ‘congestion fee’: your opinion counts

• The District Mobility Secretariat already has available, for citizen consultation, the draft of the decree by which the value of the ‘congestion fee’ is established in the second half of 2024.
  
• Those interested in contributing to the construction of this document can send their comments and suggestions to the email [email protected], from June 27 to July 1.

Santiago de Cali, June 27, 2024

From now on, Cali people can participate in the construction of the decree, through which the value of the ‘congestion charge’ for the second half of 2024 in the Santiago de Cali District. The District Mobility Secretariat has available the draft of this document for Public consultation.

The ‘congestion charge’ establishes the total value of the fare for citizens who wish to transit, without being punishedduring the days that correspond to the measurement of the ‘beak and plate’.

Those interested in contributing to the construction of this document can send their comments and suggestions to email [email protected]starting June 27 and ending July 1.

The Mobility Secretariat will be available for five (5) business days to receive and consider all contributions from citizens.

With the publication of this draftprior to the entry into force of the decree, the transit agency of the Mayor’s Office of Cali complies with the provisions of the Article 8 of the Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Litigation (Law 1437 of 2011), which requires informing the general public about measures that affect citizens.
