José Martí Díaz-Canel arrived in the areas of the Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS) to exchange with producer Daniel García Hecheverria, a young farmer with praiseworthy results in food production.
At the foot of the furrow, the first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba was also interested in the recovery of these lands, previously belonging to Cítricos, where both various crops and livestock are promoted.
The President of the Republic was concerned about payment to producers, feed for livestock and Daniel’s satisfaction as a young farmer.
Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez returns to the Isle of Youth this Thursday as part of the working visits he is carrying out throughout the provinces to get a feel for the nation from which it is being created.
During his stay here, accompanied by other national and local executives, he will exchange ideas with students and professors from the Jesús Montané Oropesa University about the university’s scientific contribution to territorial development and the training of new professionals.
Díaz-Canel will reach areas of the José Martí Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS), where he will talk with producer Daniel García about his results both in livestock farming and in various crops; At the same time he will visit the fry station and hold a meeting with directors of this Municipality.
