Cuban president returns to Isla de la Juventud • Workers

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez returns to the Isle of Youth this Thursday as part of the working visits he is carrying out throughout the provinces to get a feel for the nation from which it is being created.

During his stay here, accompanied by other national and local executives, he will exchange ideas with students and professors from the Jesús Montané Oropesa University about the university’s scientific contribution to territorial development and the training of new professionals.

Díaz-Canel will reach areas of the José Martí Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS), where he will talk with producer Daniel García about his results both in livestock farming and in various crops; At the same time he will visit the fry station and hold a meeting with directors of this Municipality.
