Seeing the arrival of good weather as another rival, Netflix has brought out the heavy artillery and presented a good number of reasons to stay home in May 2024. The platform reserved the third season of ‘The Bridgertons’ for a similar occasion and will accompany it with ‘Atlas‘ (the science fiction film with Jennifer Lopez that looks like Titanfall 2) and ‘Unsweetened‘ (Jerry Seinfeld’s film debut as director and screenwriter). No less striking are ‘Quite a Man’ (the new series by David E. Kelley, creator of ‘Big Little Lies’) or ‘Eric’ (the new project by Abi Morgan, screenwriter of ‘Suffragettes’). And in between, enough documentaries, k-dramas and animation proposals to not let go of the television remote control. Time to review them all.
