I am the boy who will tell you all the latest news in film and television in 3DJuegos. I am passionate about science fiction, fantasy, superheroes and movie curiosities, those little behind-the-scenes stories of the directors and actors we have been following since we were little. My favorite saga? Star Trek. My favorite character? Superman, although lately a little more John Wick. One last thing, I promise not to bore you too much in my topics. LinkedIn

Today is Star Wars Day, a date marked every year in red by the millions of fans of the franchise around the world who have since Lucasfilm They have seen fit to celebrate on this occasion in various ways. The first, releasing Star Wars: Chronicles of the Empire, of which you can read a review on 3DJuegos, and the second, leaving us with a new trailer for The Acolyte for Disney+.

“No one is safe from the truth”

Under the motto of “No one is safe from the truth”, this new preview of the live-action fiction allows us to learn more about its characters, as well as ask ourselves more and more questions about the mysterious wielder of a red lightsaber. “But beyond the intriguing and fearsome face that is glimpsed in the final moments of the trailer, showrunner Leslye Headland remains silent about her identity. ‘I will only say that she is my favorite character,'” we read in a statement.

Star Wars: The Acolyte tells a story centered on an investigation into a shocking crime wave that pits a respected Jedi Master (Lee Jung-jae) against a dangerous warrior from his past (Amandla Stenberg). “As more clues emerge, they enter a dark path in which sinister forces reveal that not everything is as it seems…”, they add from Lucasfilm.

Lucasfilm’s new live-action production for Disney+ will allow viewers to travel to a period known as The High Republic, which our colleague Chema Mansilla has told you about on occasion and which is located several years before the events narrated in The Phantom Menace Star Wars: The Acolyte, we remember, premieres this coming June 5.
