Ricardo Gareca announced the final payroll of the chilean team for the Copa America 2024 with the 26 players who, if there are no setbacks, will be the actors of La Roja for the new continental event that will be played in the United States.
All the players chosen by Tigre were on the roster of 55 players, including Benjamín Kuscevicx, who with 24 players called up against Paraguay was called up urgently due to the physical problems of Paulo Díaz and Guillermo Maripán, who finally traveled to North America.

Among the forwards, Gareca dispenses with (Alexander Aravena (Universidad Católica), Jean Meneses (Toluca, MEX), Felipe Mora (Portland Timbers, USA), Steffan Pino (Deportes Iquique), Diego Rubio (Austin FC, USA). USA), Gonzalo Tapia (Catholic University) and Diego Valencia (Atromitos, GRE).
It should be remembered that Luciano Cabral was well regarded by Gareca, but his judicial and criminal problems with the Argentine justice system made it impossible for him to enter the United States for the start of the Copa América.
The rest could be called up by Gareca only if a serious injury occurred in the Chilean team, as a replacement for a player who was released.
