PHOENIX — Puerto Rican Teoscar Hernández and Cuban Andy Pagés both hit two-run doubles in an impressive fifth inning. Will Smith added a solo home run and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 8-4 on Monday night.

Pagés finished with three RBIs, the second time he has that many in 12 games of his career. The 23-year-old rookie took his hitting streak to seven games and is hitting .298 with an .846 OPS since he debuted in the majors on April 16.

Shohei Ohtani singled twice, walked Blas and had an RBI for the Dodgers, who have won seven of the last eight.

The D-backs have lost four of five.

For the Dodgers, Puerto Rican Enrique Hernández went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Dominican Teoscar Hernández is 2-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBIs. Cuban Andy Pagés 1-for-4 with three RBIs. Venezuelan Miguel Rojas 2-1 with one scored.

For the Diamondbacks, Venezuelans Gabriel Moreno 3-1, Eugenio Suárez 4-1 with an RBI. Dominican Ketel Marte 5-2. Cuban Lourdes Gurriel Jr. 1-for-5 with one run scored.
