In order for the people who participated to claim this prize, they are asked to download an application from Google Play that appears to be a platform for trading or buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.

When the user clicks on the link in the message, the victim is directed to a web page, which at the time the scam was identified was inaccessible.

If the victim decides to continue, they are directed to a supposed verification that ultimately leads them to another page where they are informed about the monetary prize. and you are urged to download the fraudulent application.

Once the user downloads the application from Google Play, they may encounter apparent signs of legitimacy, such as positive ratings, a high number of downloads and comments from users who use it as a platform to simulate investments in cryptocurrencies.

However, among the negative comments you can find testimonials from users who fell for the scam and downloaded the app under false promises of real earnings.
