Considered one of the most varied private collections of antique and classic cars in South America, the Jedimar Museum is an excellent family alternative for these winter holidays. And even more so, when it offers free entry to those under 16 years of age.

With more than 70 automobiles on display from various eras and styles – although the collection exceeds 160 vehicles – the Jedimar Museum has true gems of the automotive world, such as a 1908 Renault (the oldest in the museum and in perfect condition) others almost unique like a huge ’59 Cadillac or a 1930 V12, the first car manufactured by Cadillac. A Lotus Esprit Turbo SE was recently added to the collection, a very successful model due to a 2,200 cc engine that develops an impressive 270 HP, a very considerable increase compared to the previous model, which allowed it to take off from zero to 100 km/h in less than 4.7 seconds.

The cars on display have been restored by a team of museum dent removers, painters, mechanics and upholsterers, who keep the vehicles in pristine condition, as many of them participate in other vintage car shows or competitions.

The museum Jedimar It owes its name to the acronym of Jesús Diez Martínez, founder of Turbus and creator of this attractive space.

For these winter holidays, the museum will be open Friday the 21st, Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd. And, from Tuesday the 25th to Sunday the 30th of June, always from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. General admission: $7,500. Children up to 16 years old, free of charge. Seniors and university students: $2,000.

San Francisco de Borja 1240, Central Station. Free parking.
