A few days before the first edition of Gamescom in Latin America, the Gamescom LatAm Countdown will open the event with important announcements. The opening show will take place on June 26 from 6:30 pm (Argentina time) and will present great news for the video game industry.
Among the news that fans can expect is content from some of the most important companies in the world of video games, such as Bandai Namco, Krafton, Ubisoft and Atari, among other. Fans of independent games will also find games for them at the presentation. Unreleased content is scheduled to be revealed on the opening night of the event. Additionally, there will be booths, cosplay, and more.
The Gamescom LatAm Countdown will be headlined by Tiago Leifert, journalist, presenter and sports announcer. The Brazilian journalist presented the Zero1 program, focused on the world of gaming and geek culture. Additionally, he was the voice of the announcer in the FIFA franchise between 2012 and 2020.
In addition to announcing news to the public and guests, Tiago Leifert will conduct exclusive live interviews with important names in the industry. Gamescom LatAm will show the highlights of the event, which for the first time in history will take place in Latin America after becoming one of the most important video game events in Europe. This fair, in terms of size, is comparable to events such as the different Game Shows in the world, what E3 was at one time, or the Summer Game Fest.
