M. Bison is now available as a playable character in Street Fighter 6 by marking dThis marks the beginning of the second year of the popular Capcom title.
Street Fighter 6 was launched in May 2023 and recently completed its first season, which included the launch of various characters such as Rashid, AKI, Ed and Akuma.
M. Bison, marks the start of the game’s Year 2 Season Pass, and can be used in all modes, both online and offline and World Tour.
Despite his change in appearance, the leader of Shadaloo, as can be seen in the presentation trailer, will still have his classic red suit.
It should be remembered that as part of its Year 2, the game will also later welcome capoeira master Elena, as well as Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui from SNK.
Additional new content and updates coming to the game alongside the release of M. Bison include:
WorldTour
- M. Bison’s Master Missions will be added.
Fighting Ground
- M. Bison’s story will be added to Arcade Mode.
Store
- The store will now include M. Bison Outfit 2, in addition to Outfit 1 colors 3-10.
Additional features/updates
- Players can now prepare for the fight with audio, choosing to play specific sounds from previous Street Fighter™ titles along with the pre-battle “Challenger” screens.
- When watching replays, the “1.1x” and “1.2x” playback speed options will now be available, as well as the “Rewind Frame” option (can only be used when the game is paused).
- The player’s health bar will now flash when a Critical Art can be used.
- Added a shortcut to start training mode in the main menu.
- In Versus mode, select “Change Match Settings” in the match results menu to reset the win/loss record for offline matches/tournaments.
