The death has occurred of the late Michael Cullen, 4th May 2024 beloved husband of Ann, 18 Drumleck Gardens, Shantallow, loving father of Amanda, Michael, Darren, Ashlene, Kevin, Leighann and Connaire, devoted grandfather of Davin, Harry, Tommy, Padraig, Payton, Marcus and Amber and dear brothers of Pat, Jim, Gerard, Ann and the late Tony, Daniel and Frankie. Michael’s remains will be reposing in his home. Funeral from there on Monday at 12o’clock for 12.30pm Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

The death has taken place of Joseph (Joey) Hasson (Nellis), 3rd May 2024 at Foyle Hospice, late of 109 Glenedra Road, Feeny. Loving son of the late Willie and Annie RIP Requiem Mass at St. Joseph’s Church Fincarn today (Sunday) for 2.00pm Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on the Banagher Parish website. Deeply regretted by his cousins Paddy-Joe, Lavina, Peter, Margaret and all his friends. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.
Mary McGinty (née Wade), 9 St John’s Park, Derry
The death has taken place of the late Mary McGinty (née Wade), 3rd May 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of Mickey, 9 St John’s Park, loving mother of Gary, Wendy, Aaron, Keith and the late Kain and Michaela , mother-in-law of Jean, Keith, Caoimhe and Jenny, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and dear sister of Séan, Danny, Liam, Ann, Eugene and the late Martha and Pat. Her remains will be reposing in her home. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 1o’clock for 1.30pm Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of the late Monica McNicholl (née McKenna), 4th May 2024, peacefully at Foyle Hospice. May she rest in peace, late of 5 Millgrove Park Eglinton, beloved wife of Donal, devoted mother of Eamon (Clare), Shauna (Dermot), Ursula (Graeme) and Roisin (Robert), loving grandmother to Cathal, Aoife, Conor, Ruairi, Oisín, Aoibh, Fergal, Ciara, Aideen and Donal, cherished daughter of the late Maureen and John, and dear sister of Paul, Lizzy, John, Clare, Michael, Aidan and the late Mary Jo. Family and friends invited to her de ella late home de ella from 1.00pm to 10.00pm on Sunday, 5th and Monday, 6th May. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale on Tuesday at 12o’clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The death has taken place of the late Roberta Twaddle, 3rd May 2024, (suddenly) at her home, 53 Killowen Street, Coleraine. Roberta, dearly loved wife of Samuel (Sammy). dear mother of Samuel, Alan, Rhonda, Robert, Natalie, Conrad, Cathy and Kirsten. very much loved mother-in-law of Jillian, Cathy, Stephen, Amanda, John, Trevor and Paul, devoted granny to Paula, Stephen, Devin, Tyler, Coleen, Rebecca, Ethan, Matthew, Evie, Chloe, Ross, Kirsten, Lyla, Theo, Marlowe and Ryley and Great-granny to Travis, Ronan, Maleyah, Hanora, Saoirse, Jesse and Lara and loving sister of Margaret. Service in Killowen Parish Church on Tuesday at 12.00noon followed by a private family cremation. House Private.
