Christian Chávez confirms breakup within RBD: “We are not that united”

It seems that RBD said goodbye to his fans forever, in his historic concert at the Azteca Stadium, in December 2023.

And the reunion of five of the members of the musical band was not only acclaimed and million-dollar, but also controversial because it ended in lawsuits and controversies.

The group divided again, it is no longer just “Poncho” Herrera who left the ranks, but the remaining members: Anahí, Dulce, Maite, Christian and Christopher distanced themselves, putting on pause all the future plans that they they had in mind for RBD.

Singer Christian Chávez spoke exclusively about the breakup of RBD, to the cameras of the entertainment program First Hand.

“We are not as united as we were but we hope that all that can be solved”said the also actor.

The ‘Soy Rebelde Tour’ was a resounding success during its tour through the United States, Latin America and Mexico.

Chávez confirmed that RBD as a company made up of him, Christopher and Maite, sued its former representative, Guillermo Rosas, in the United States for irregularities in the management of finances. “The audits have not been completed, it is a long process,” he said.

Regarding his relationship with Anahí, whom he considers a sister, he confessed: “It’s not good unfortunately, but it happens like in families, you don’t have the same ways of thinking sometimes”said.
