Due to the success of the 1st edition of audiovisual filmmakers and artists, The
Visual Display will organize for the second time, an exhibition in which all women filmmakers and photographers from the province of Santiago del Estero.
In dialogue with Newscast 7the organizers of the event, Natalia Coronel and Alejandra Carrerasthey explained what the project is about and what you should take into account to participate.
“The Mostra Visual is a collective that brings together women filmmakers and photographers from Santiago del Estero, who want to show their productions, whether short films, audiovisuals, films and photographs”expressed Alejandra.
For her part, Natalia commented on the reason why they decided to open a call for the second exhibition: “We want to start discovering other talented women, who surely want to show their material and have the space.”
In this sense, Alejandra added that they would like to know the perspective of young people, to see what topics they choose and how they do it.
In relation to the first sample, Natalia added: “We want to make visible the work we have been doing in audiovisual and photographic matters. It is very important for us to create a space for meeting and support”.
